The Role

Due to our rapid growth an ongoing Commercial expansion, we are seeking a highly skilled Sr. HCP Product Manager to join our US Marketing team. This position requires a high degree of initiative, coordination and communication with cross functional partners throughout the Commercial organization and will be responsible for owning an assortment of execution and other related initiatives around COVID-19 and future pipeline products with Health Care Providers.

To be successful in this role, the preferred candidate should be able to effectively navigate and work in a fast-paced, dynamic corporate environment. In this role, you will be expected to execute on significant strategic initiatives within a overall marketing launch plan which impacts a range of internal/external customers on an operational, project and program level. A top candidate should have proven communications skills as a leader and be able to solve complex problems with inclusivity of differentiating perspectives as you will work closely across our evolving organization as a partner across multiple markets.

Heres What Youll Do

  • Requires in depth knowledge of how to tactically execute brand plans and launch excellence strategies for HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing

  • Support the US Brand Lead and the Director of Digital Marketing on strategic initiatives and best practice of all COVID-19 focused activities

  • Lead functional project/program activities by providing ongoing stewardship and support of seeing projects through full life cycle

    • Including but not limited to start to execution and aligning, negotiating with larger teams, etc.

  • Provide ownership of the PMRT process and participate in review committee interactions as a member of the foundational team. Should have knowledge of best practice and experience/good understanding of promo and regulatory guidelines for biotech and pharma relationships

  • Manage integrated workflow systems such as Veeva CRM; Update, upload, annotate, approval flows, etc.

  • Execute on Digital social channel/MCM responsibilities (Moderna is building out engagement strategies from digital perspective, this role would help own digital engagement activities and projects)

  • Partner with agencies to provide content management

  • Juggle and multitask through different workstreams and channels

  • Participate in multiple product launches in an unprecedented landscape and gain exposure, brand ownership and leadership

  • Perform daily tactical responsibilities, own and manage brand related projects

  • Work with launch excellence team and participate as active member of global marketing team and building engagement strategy

  • Advise and manage stakeholders by reporting on special projects, business challenges and opportunities

Heres What Youll Need (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Bachelors degree

  • 7 years of industry experience or agency/consulting experience, particularly targeting Healthcare Professionals

  • Demonstrated experience in advertising, marketing, medical/scientific communications, etc.

  • MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Experience with Veeva a plus

  • Ability to work with a sense of urgency, efficiency, and attention to detail

  • Ambition to excel and outperform in an incredibly fast paced environment.

  • Highly driven, creatively minded and results oriented marketer with some experience in campaign development and brand storytelling

  • Open-minded, global mindset, cross-functional team player, flexible and adaptable to change

  • Strong communication skills both verbal and written through previous copy or editing experience
