Description
Within the Medical Affairs (MA) Department, the Clinical Education (CE) segment performs critical work by educating Kerecis's employees. The CE department's primary function is to support Kerecis's sales team, striving to assist the company's goal of becoming the leader in tissue regeneration. As a member of the CE team, you will have a direct role in the project management of CE projects, including all internal and external training, to improve and exceed Kerecis's employee experience.
The Project Manager reports to the Director of Clinical Education.
Responsibilities
- Lead all MA teams cross-segmentally to project manage CE projects.
- Operationally manage all assigned projects and serve as a liaison between the project team, segment managers and directors, and stakeholders.
- Constantly review and manage the status of assigned projects and prepare status reports.
- Manage projects from inception, integration, and separation.
- Assess project concerns and develop a timely resolution.
- Lead meetings and develop mechanisms for monitoring and communicating progress and issues with constituents.
- Develop a project plan as needed to manage the annual training plan.
- Provide clear communication of the overall scope, deliverables, timing, funding, and resource requirements to leadership and stakeholders.

Requirements
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years of Project Management experience.
The willingness and ability to travel 50% of the time.
Nice to Have:
- Project Management Professional – PMP certification
- Medical Device or Pharmaceutical knowledge
