Job Details

  • Responsible for compliance with applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies and procedures.
  • Documentation and handling of raw data as per regulatory guidelines.
  • Daily upkeep of area in function with good observation skills.
  • Plans and executes assigned tasks using learned techniques.
  • Uses experience and training to lead decision-making.
  • Implementation and maintenance of the quality system.
  • Provides technical training to new employees.
  • Coordinates daily function-related activities.
  • Develops minor protocols and procedures for everyday tasks.
  • Conducts analysis and recommends solutions for issues.

  • High School Diploma or equivalent education with six years’ experience in a laboratory setting. Associates degree with two years’ experience or a BS/BA with two years’ experience.
  • Professional certification as related to specific function if available.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to relay messages to management.
  • Ability to take initiative to handle basic issues autonomously and working with team member for the core complex issues.
