The Role:

The Manager of S&OP collaborates with Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and Manufacturing teams to ensure that the company framework surfaces and solves problems to continually re-optimize plans as circumstances change. The Manager enables the business to create an aligned, cross-functional plan based upon key assumptions. The Manager assists with continuous process improvement, and collaborates with future-focused systems design and implementation efforts to support S&OP. This position actively facilitates and drives the process forward through each monthly planning cycle and organizes content to enable Executive decisions.

Heres What Youll Do:

  • Work as part of the Global Supply Chain team, managing S&OP projects and tasks

  • Drive the operational S&OP processes, including Microsoft Outlook meeting coordination, Microsoft Teams site maintenance, and ad-hoc meeting coordination for business scenarios

  • Be responsible for S&OP relationship management, maintaining a stakeholder matrix and facilitating process adherence and engagement across teams and new team members

  • Provide technical advice and input on systems design and analytical solutions to support the process

  • Manage a continuous improvement pipeline of targeted process improvements leveraging standard problem solving or project methodology

  • Implement performance metrics to track and maintain process excellence standards

  • Organize scenarios, supporting data, cross-functional proposals and plans for Executive review

  • Ensure accurate maintenance of commercial production plans

  • Support new process, data, and presentation requirements across the business

  • Make professional judgment as to when to refer decisions/issues to Associate Director. Consult and keep informed at significant checkpoints

Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelors degree in a related field (Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, International Business, Project Management) with 7 years experience or equivalent of 15 years experience in place of a degree (MS, MBA preferred)

  • Strong operational knowledge and critical experiences:

    • S&OP/IBP/SIOP process ownership

    • Project management leadership in a collaborative, matrixed environment (PMP preferred)

    • Continuous improvement, operational excellence (L6SGB, L6SBB preferred)

    • Supply chain planning (demand, supply, inventory, order mgmt.) (CPIM, CSCP preferred)

    • Successful change management implementation

    • Design and presentation of Executive content, excellent proactive communication skills

  • Knowledge of GDPR

  • Strong customer focus, work ethic and integrity

  • Experience with working in a very fast-paced environment

  • Ability to effectively deliver presentations and training to other functions on S&OP process

  • Developing and implementing well written procedural documents in English

  • Technology savvy- learns and utilizes new software applications swiftly to increase efficiency on the job

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team, with a positive attitude.

  • Strong critical thinking with sound judgment and decision-making skills

  • A curious mindset that allows you to constantly learn and challenge the status quo

  • Must be self-directed, proactive, motivated, and a fast learner

  • Able to work independently

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
