This role will be focused on Independent Medical Education Grants.
You Will;
  • Independent Medical Education
  • Program Coordination
  • Customer service, coordination, and compliance review of educational grant submissions per OIG, ACCME, and AdvaMed guidelines
  • Coordinates and sets agenda for the Medical Education Review Committee (e.g., review decks, minutes, follow-up)
  • Monitor and audit supported online and enduring educational activities, as needed 
  • Work with team to communicate program status through periodic dashboards and other reporting materials
  • Medical education intelligence gathering in our areas of interest
  • Outcomes and Data Collection - collate, review, and analyze outcomes data cross portfolio to drive business impact
  • Request Management System 
  • Coordination of the ongoing maintenance and enhancements for the GRAIL request management system and annual licensure
  • Working with external vendor software provider to drive improvements
  • Investigator Sponsored Trials (ISTs) / External Sponsored Research
  • Program Coordination
  • Coordination of Investigator Sponsored Trial (IST) submissions and tracking (e.g., archiving in RMS, preparing review materials with MSL, coordinating meetings between GRAIL and investigators) 
  • Working with third party investigators and internal GRAIL teams to ensure concepts and protocols are collected in line with GRAIL requirements
  • Pulling through supported research projects in line with GRAIL internal processes, including contracting, finance, and test coordination. 
  • Work with team to communicate program status through periodic dashboards and other reporting materials
  • Request Management System
  • Coordination of the ongoing maintenance and enhancements for the GRAIL request management system and annual licensure
  • Working with external vendor software provider to drive improvements

Additional Responsibilities;
  • Works with functional leads to identify and maintain relevant Policies & SOPs for Medical Education
  • Oversee contracting and processing of SOWs and agreements, Apttus contract requests and renewals, Coupa purchase order requests and updates
  • Organize team shared Drives (shared folders/files)
  • Internal and External training of GRAIL processes and policies related to these programs, as needed
  • Will assist with other projects as necessary for the program to excel

Your background should include;
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of pharmaceutical/diagnostics industry experience required
  • Knowledgeable of compliance and regulatory requirements for Independent Medical Education (ACCME, OIG, AdvaMed) and/or Clinical Trial standards related to pre/post-marketing studies
  • Certification in Medical Education (CHCP) and/or Clinical Trials (e.g. ACRP, CCRA, CTM), or PMP a plus
  • Previous management of IME and/or ISTs within a Medical Affairs function a plus
  • Experience building and/or working with grant / funding request management software a plus
  • Experience working with data visualization / dashboard tools (e.g. Tableau) a plus
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, strategic, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently, in a matrix environment, with shown flexibility and organizational awareness, to effectively collaborate across multiple functions including Medical (Field and HQ), Medical Comm/Info, Development, and Commercial
  • Must be decisive, exercise good judgment in decisions, be organized and have the ability to prioritize a large workload, ability to manage multiple projects

The expected, hourly pay scale for this position is $70 - $80. Actual pay will consider skills, experience, and location. 

Based on the role, colleagues may be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan tied to company and individual performance, or an incentive plan. We also offer a long-term incentive plan to align company and colleague success over time.
