Analyst, ERP Business Systems

Responsibilities:

• Carries out responsibilities in accordance with organizations policies, procedures, regulatory guidance, and laws

• Compiles data from SAP Business One and BatchMaster Manufacturing ERP and other systems for periodic reporting
• Generates, collects, organizes, analyzes, and/or prepares materials in response to requests for information and reports including internal and external audits
• Coordinates and collaborates with other staff in planning, development, implementation, analysis, and documentation of system needs
• Writes and revises ERP Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Provides ERP general knowledge/troubleshooting, creates and edits ERP system queries and custom reports, provides ERP training, conducts User Acceptance Testing, reviews ERP master files for data integrity
• Manages ERP support tickets, user licenses, access control, permissions/authorizations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 3 years business experience, preferably, in a scientific/pharmaceutical environment using Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems
• Data management experience with ERP system such as SAP is required.
• Must be an organized, detailed-oriented person with excellent critical thinking skills
• Must be able to take the initiative and work independently with limited supervision
• Excellent MS Office skills, especially Microsoft Excel
• Ability to communicate concisely and effectively
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate independently
• Ability to multitask, track progress
• Excellent, professional communications skills to build and maintain positive partner relationships with internal functional groups and management teams as well as third party software providers
