Quality Control Analyst- Bioassay

We are looking to fill a Quality Control (QC) Analyst (Associate level- Senior level) for our QC Bioassay team with a Mon - Fri, 12pm – 8:30pm schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures and tests products for patient safety. The QC Analyst will be part of the QC Bioassay team testing samples to support lot release for market use of our products. They will perform a variety of bioassay and binding assay activities to sustain testing of commercial products, in-process materials, or stability samples in support of the company’s quality program.

           

As a QC Analyst, a typical day might include the following:

• Gathers data and documents test results. 
• Reviews test results to ensure compliance with standards; reports any quality anomalies.
• Complies with all pertinent regulatory agency requirements.
• Participates in required training activities.
• Maintains laboratory supplies.
• Conducts testing on raw materials, in-process, product, stability, and/or research samples.
• Writes and revises control test procedures, SOPs, technical documents, and qualification reports.
• Completes test records and reviews data.
• Calibrates or verifies calibration of instruments/devices prior to use.
• Interacts with outside customers or functional peer groups.
• May be responsible for maintaining a specific project.
• May assist in validation of methods.
• May be involved in establishing the transfer of methodology from R&D.

To be considered for the QC Analyst role on our QC Bioassay team you must be willing and able to work Mon – Fri, 12pm – 8:30pm. You must have the following; BS/BA in Life Sciences or related field; will substitute relevant experience for education. Experience with mammalian cell culture practices, bioassay and/or binding assay testing, and GMP/GLP experience preferred. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role
