Marketing Manager I/II, Migraine Patient Services Marketing
The Marketing Manager (MM) will coordinate across both internal and external stakeholders to enable effective execution of key strategies and launches. Strategic elements of the role will include everything from deep understanding of customer insights through engagement strategies to launch planning and execution. Key elements this person will be responsible for include leading the development and execution of tactics to drive brand and disease awareness through an omnichannel experience.
Position is in the office with some flexibility to work from home.
This individual will report to the Associate Director, Patient Services.
The responsibilities of this role are listed below but may shift based on needs.
- Execution of Tactics – This person will execute, in partnership with internal teams, agencies and cross-functional business partners key tactics to support the communication of key business strategies related to omnichannel experiences (experience with AEM and SFMC are crucial)
- Strategic Communication – This individual will plan and execute an internal and external communication plan in partnership with internal team and cross-functional partners
- Finance – This individual will ensure tactics stay within budget and partners with finance and other brand partners to maintain oversight throughout the year.
- Other key areas of responsibility include but are not limited to
- Working on deliverables of marketing plans and tasks with the brands.
- Utilizing marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position.
- Making proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data.
- Maintaining awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.
- Executing go-to-market plans.
- Driving results through the oversight of tactical execution and delivering impactful training initiatives
- MMI or MMII will be dependent on number of years’ experience and other qualifications
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
- Proven ability to complete work product on-time with excellence
- Proven ability to work cross-functionally
- Pharmaceutical marketing experience
- Excellent communication (oral, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills
- Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through
- Budget management experience
Preferred:
- 5+ years of relevant marketing experience
- Experience with proven success in digital marketing
- Prior experience in Professional pharmaceutical marketing
- Pharmaceutical launch experience
- Strategic and tactical planning experience
- MBA or other advanced degree
