About the role:

We are looking for a Digital lead in our Data, Digital and Technology (DD&T) organization to closely partner other leaders and teams to collaborate on providing holistic technology solutions that enable and enrich long-term business strategy, realize value, and ultimately transform our ways of working.

Head of Cloud is responsible to drive the Cloud deployment program across all Takeda Manufacturing facilities across the globe. They will partner with DD&T colleagues and business stakeholders (function Heads, department leads and SMEs) to define, shape, structure and drive the Cloud Transformation in the business. How you will contribute:

• In this role, you’ll be directly accountable to drive the overall cloud transformation, innovation, and related outcomes for global manufacturing function. You will define the roadmap and overall structure to deliver the mission successfully.

• You will champion the adoption of Cloud based technologies and will be accountable to educated and train all the stakeholders on Cloud capabilities and will provide cloud expertise across our digital transformation programs.

• We will depend on you to provide leadership, inspiration, coaching and counselling and empower them to effectively partner with all their stakeholders and foster the spirit of innovation and cloud transformation.

• You will develop and implement contemporary and thoughtful strategies to drive technology modernization, digitalization and application rationalization efforts for global teams and international manufacturing sites.

• You will set the vision regarding Cloud migration and scalable deployment strategy across manufacturing facilities. Defining goals and build the program to achieve the vision.

• You will review Cloud usage, service and performance with application owners, drive optimization, and consolidate cost reduction reports for Manufacturing, Supply, and Quality.

• Understand current and emerging technologies, digital, and their potential application and translate those into business opportunities, cases, needs and implementation roadmaps.

• Expert in Cloud solutions and IT and Digital landscape in the industry

• Good understanding of the IT architecture elements from shopfloor to enterprise (IT/OT infrastructure, application)

• Track record of successfully implementing large Digital/IT programs from start to end across multiple geographies.

• Capacity to independently solve complex problems with potential to significantly impact the Company.

• Courage to experiment and fail and to inspire the same in your team
