The Associate Director, Trade Analytics (HUB/Patient Support Programs, Specialty Pharmacy) will focus on providing insights and analysis to the Market Access Reimbursement, Patient Support Services and Trade team supporting our Immunology brand.  The role involves working with internal stakeholders to understand their business questions, perform data analysis to find answers, and translate the analysis into compelling insights for the leadership teams. The successful candidate will drive program analytics and perform other business partnering and decision-support activities.  The ideal skillset would include a deep understanding of the data and analytics associated with the patient reimbursement and adherence journey and patient support service programs.  The candidate needs to be passionate about data and will work on many key areas of the changing business landscape. 

This position contributes to the delivery of insights and analytics for the Commercial Strategy and Market Access Teams (Reimbursement, Patient Support and Trade) supporting the Immunology Customer Business Unit (CBU).

This role may be for you if you have:

  • Develop insights and provide data-driven recommendations for stakeholders across Reimbursement Management, Patient Support Services and Trade Distribution Teams to support their initiatives and drive improved patient outcomes

  • Collaborate with the Specialty Data Management team to ensure that specialty data is developed to meet the analytical needs of your stakeholders, and to provide them with the information they need to make informed decisions

  • Lead Dashboard development to create and maintain dashboards reporting on the patient reimbursement journey, patient support services programs and specialty pharmacy performance

  • Support the specialty pharmacy and patient reimbursement teams by measuring the efficiencies of the programs to ensure smooth and timely access to medications

  • Deliver analytical insights on Patient Support Programs, including the performance of the patient support program.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to measure the performance of reimbursement support programs and processes to improve patient access and adherence to medication. 

  • Lead patient level predictive analytics to identify patient level trends and make data-driven recommendations for action

  • Stay current with industry trends and regulations, and communicate relevant information to internal teams

  • Provide training and support to internal teams and external partners, as needed

To be considered for this role you must possess a BA/BS degree required.

Have at least 6+ years progressive, industry related experience. Minimum 4 years’ experience with Trade and HUB/Patient Support Program data and its application to commercial and market access analytics and reporting in pharmaceutical/biotech industry. Minimum of 4 years’ experience with pharmaceutical data processing of Trade (Specialty Distributors and Specialty Pharmacy) data sets and HUB / Patient Support Program data. Previous experience within pharmaceutical commercial data-operations. Experience leading Dashboard development teams and conducting patient level predictive analytics. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for stakeholders. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively. Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze and interpret data, and make recommendations for improvement. Proficiency in Word, Excel and in PowerPoint is required. Desire experience with analytical or business intelligence tools such as Tableau, QlikView, Dataiku, SQL, and SAS. Salary Range (annually)

$148,100.00 - $241,700.00
