Job DescriptionAbout the role:Join Takeda as a Paid Media Manager where you will execute on marketing as well as media plan strategies across a variety of mediums in a multi-unit retail environment. As part of the Paid Media, you will report to our Paid Media Lead and work with cross-functional teams to build marketing strategies and execution plans, co-leading the management of paid media campaigns, track advertising performance and make recommendations of changes or new plans to achieve business growth in the most cost-effective fashion.
How you will contribute:- Implement quarterly plans and key media strategies to support Transformational Projects, adjusting weekly as potential donor response varies across top and bottom funnel tactics
- Co-manage day-to-day agency partners and proactively interface with account leadership to coordinate, communicate and optimize the impact of marketing activities
- Execute full funnel digital media plans for US BioLife Centers thereby generating new profiles that lead to new donors who ultimately impact key business KPIs including cost per liter, Ig content, and volume collected
- Support in management of paid media budgeting, and forecasting process, as well as quarterly/monthly/weekly forecasting and reporting for traffic, revenue, spend, ROI and other performance KPIs.
- Interface with Field Marketing Reps, Brand, Corporate Communications, HR, Digital Experience Team, Promotions team and Agency partners to build digital media briefs, execute strategic campaign plans, and to identify and deliver new solutions in a collaborative fashion
- Own media support/retargeting for fall-off points across the donor journey, including conversion and retention, delivering media tactics to improve results.
- Partner with agency and internal BioLife Teams to support personalization (both fee personalization and personalized communications), evolving media strategies to enable impact and deliver identified KPIs.
- Partner with the Brand Team on campaign creative, to ensure the right assets are available in a timely manner to meet planned media requirements.
- Manage cross-channel media buys, analyzing performance for real-time optimization
- Maintain the promotional review & approval system and implement enhancements and modifications as necessary to established workflows and system configurations, partnering with IT, Communications/Promotions, Regulatory Affairs.
- Bachelors Degree (BA or BS)
- 4 plus years work experience, with 3 years retail pharmaceutical or consumer experience required, including Marketing, Marketing Operations, and/or a related commercial function
- Media Agency Experience preferred
- Experience with the promotional review & approval process
- Knowledge of digital marketing, channels, and platforms Project management experience
- System management or implementation experience
- Experience in problem solving, preferably technical issues.
- Ability to influence others without authority
- Experience giving presentation and/or facilitating training sessions
- Intermedial excel skills used in reporting analytics and creating presentations
- Multi-lingual: Spanish Speaking Preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
