Scientist, Adipose Biology

We are seeking a talented and motivated Scientist to join Regeneron’s Metabolism research team. You will be involved in basic and translational research aiming at identifying drug targets for metabolic diseases such as obesity and NASH.

As s Scientist, a typical day may include the following:

• Design and perform various in vitro and in vivo experiments to investigate the function of a potential drug target

• Analyze data, record results in electronic notebooks, and generate study reports.

• Present data in research review meetings

To be considered for this position, you must have a PhD with 2 years or a BS/MS and 7 years of strong cell and molecular biology lab experience. We are looking for someone with research experience in adipose tissue biology, such as adipocyte differentiation and metabolic functions of adipose tissues. In-vivo pharmacology experience is very helpful. You would be responsible for providing scientific direction, technical expertise and leadership, and will coordinate activities with other groups across the organization.

$88,500.00 - $144,500.00
