What Are We Doing?

BlueRock Therapeutics is seeking a Talent Acquisition Coordinator (Contractor) who will report to the Senior Manager, Talent and assist with coordination and execution of our recruitment operations. As a member of the Talent team, you will interact with a wide range of employees across disciplines and levels. The ideal candidate is polished, intuitive, and an organized self-starter who possesses strong interpersonal skills, excellent judgment, and is willing to pitch in where needed. The Talent Acquisition Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring our recruitment processes run smoothly and effectively in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:
  • Scheduling a high volume of interviews (working closely with candidates and the business for availability, booking conference rooms or video conference lines, sending invitations and confirmation e-mails, etc.) 
  • Using Applicant Tracking System (Lever) to track new job applicants and nurture communication with potential candidates.
  • Support Talent Programmatic work including onboarding, orientation, learning & development, and emerging talent
  • Invoice and PO management, background check execution, professional reference checks for candidates, etc.
  • Complete special projects and other duties as assigned.
  • Minimum Requirements:
  • BS preferred and 1 year work experience preferably within a customer service or corporate environment.
  • Extensive experience utilizing a variety of software packages, e.g. Microsoft Office 365
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written with a very high attention and commitment to detail
  • Collaborative style and nature coupled with service-oriented mentality.
  • Ability to work cross functionally with a wide range of colleagues at various levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
