Description:

The Weinberger Lab (UCSF/Gladstone, Mission Bay campus) is seeking aResearchAssociate to supportsynthetic biologyworkon novel antivirals (seeTED talk).

Under the guidance of senior labscientists, the candidate will receive training to provide technical support formolecular cloning, tissue culture, viral purification,microscopy and translational studies, as well as general laboratory management.


Qualifications:

  • B.S./B.A., in biology, chemistry, engineering or a related field and >12 months of labexperience (preferred) or Associate's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience

Hiring Range:

$25/hr($52K) - $28.85/hr ($60K) - DOE
