  • Supporting end–to–end clinical supply responsibilities including but not limited to demand planning, distribution, inventory and materials management, label generation, and planning and execution of labeling operations at partner contract manufacturing organizations (CMOs).
  • Partner with CMC and Quality Assurance to develop and manage supply chain to ensure uninterrupted clinical supplies.
  • Ensures accurate inventory records at all depots through timely reconciliation.
  • Manage Contract Manufacturing Organizations (CMOs) for the support of Clinical Supply Packaging/Distribution
  • Work with Quality Assurance to release packaging and labeling operations as well as the management of retest and expiry date extensions at CMOs.
  • optimize and track inventory and distribution of clinical products to ensure continuous supply.
  • Manage international shipments of cGMP materials between key vendors (Critical raw materials, API and Drug Product) and collaborate with cross functional team members including Technical Operations, and external partners to resolve shipping related issues should it arise.
  • Experience in revising and authoring SOPs related to CMC supply chain  
  • Team player with demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective working relationships throughout all levels of the organization.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree with 4+ years of CMC supply chain experience in the bio/pharma industry
  • Excellent knowledge in demand and supply forecasts, packaging and labeling, IRT system and global distribution and logistics is a plus.
  • Experience in managing CDMOs
  • Familiar with cGxP requirements and relevant FDA and EU Regulations
  • A proven track record of implementing phase appropriate clinical supply chain strategies
  • Ability and track record of successfully working in cross-functional teams to progress projects as a representative of supply chain

This position is located in South San Francisco, CA. At this time, we are not considering fully remote applicants. If you are willing to self-relocate, please include a cover letter making us aware. 

 

The salary range for this position is $169,000 USD to $187,000 USD annually. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the Company’s compensation practices.
