Job Details
The HR Compliance Analyst will support HR compliance related matters including the creation and management of employee separation agreements, affirmative action responsibilities, departmental analytics and other HR compliance related matters that support our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the creation and management of separation agreements.
- Support compliance related initiatives to include restructurings and other projects as needed.
- Liaison with internal and external customers: identify issues, conduct research and analysis, and convey responses across organizational levels in a timely, professional and accurate manner.
- Strong data management, analytical and reporting (including ad-hoc) abilities.
- Responsible for audit initiation, issue identification and resolution.
- Ability to collaborate with internal and external partners.
- Ability to identify linkages between concepts/actions.
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements.
Qualifications:
- B.S. degree in Human Resources, Business or related area.
- 2 years Human Resources or related experience; preferably to include benefits and/or compensation.
- Excellent organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft products, including Excel, Access, Word and PowerPoint.
- Commitment to high quality, accurate work product.
- Independent worker who can effectively collaborate across teams.
- Effective multi-tasker, who is able to learn quickly through instruction and self-training.
- Ability to manage confidential data in a professional and sensitive manner, maintaining data confidentiality.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interpret and communicate information in a non-technical manner.
