The Role:

Reporting to the Patient Recruitment & Feasibility Lead, Patient Recruitment & Retention (PR&R) Manager will be responsible for executing upon recruitment and retention strategies across clinical programs at Moderna. This role will work closely with clinical trial teams, Patient and Site Experience (PASE) team members, recruitment vendors, and CROs to ensure a comprehensive, patient-centric recruitment strategy. The PR&R Manager manage patient recruitment and retention vendor partnerships to deliver on Modernas mission to create a new generation of transformative medicines for patients.

Heres What Youll Do:

  • Execute strategies for patient-centric recruitment and retention for Moderna clinical trials

  • Collaborate with PASE and clinical trial teams to plan for and succeed in delivering patient enrollment and retention goals

  • Educate clinical trial teams on recruitment and retention strategies tailored to unique clinical programs

  • Mange vendors related to patient recruitment and retention activities

  • Contribute to defining and documenting best practices in patient recruitment and retention at Moderna

  • Manage workflow of internal review of patient recruitment and retention materials

  • Candidates must have a bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years experience working in patient recruitment and retention

  • Have experience leading patient recruitment and retention strategies

  • Be forward thinking with the ability to drive forward continuous improvement

  • Have the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, matrix-style environment that values collaboration
