Could you be our next Senior Manager HR Analytics? This is a hybrid opportunity at our King of Prussia PA location.

You will help deliver the HR Analytics Strategy using technology and data to develop dashboards, metrics that measure functional excellence and develop organizational insights. You will partner with the operational reporting team to ensure data quality and integrity as it relates to source data. You will have the capability to deliver executive ready meaningful reports, charts, presentations and insights using a variety of tools. Collaboration and the ability to ask questions and guide internal clients to understand their needs and how data and HR process can meet those needs is necessary.

• Plan analytics projects based on requirements.
• Collaborate with process teams to elicit and understand requirements, challenges and potential solutions.
• Apply advanced statistical algorithms for analysis of large-scale high-dimensional data across several business domains.
• Use systems to extract knowledge and insights from either structured or unstructured data.
• Matures project/single site solutions to global enterprise solutions and provides documentation, training and ongoing support.
• Stay current with latest research and technology ideas; evaluate technologies for design, simulation, engineering, runtime.
• Educate and transfers technologies to other teams for implementation.

REQUIREMENT

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to business process engineering; Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, (PhD or MS preferred)
• 7+ years' experience in analytics within HR
• Experience with Workday, QlikSense/Tableau/PowerBI desired
• Background in predictive analytics, machine learning and data mining
• Foundation in data base languages and data science languages
• Experience working with real-world, large-scale and high-dimensional data sets.
