Finance Analyst – Customer Master Data

The Finance Analyst, Customer Master Data Representative provides operational support for the Customer Master Data management domain by developing and adhering to standard operating procedures, guidelines, and defined business rules. The CMDR liaises with business process stakeholders across organizations and geographies on behalf of Master Data owners.  The Analyst seeks constant improvement in the quality and accuracy of Customer Master Data, ensuring uninterrupted business continuity. The Analyst performs day-to-day processes, as established by Master Data stewards.

 Responsibilities:

• Process requests for creation, updating and deletion of customer data profiles in DSP (Data Steward Platform) and S4/HANA systems.
• Analyzing business requirements and processes

• Facilitates cross departmental meetings with various stakeholders and end-users
• Collaborating with team members for the purpose of collecting data for Customer Data profiles.
• Performs User Acceptance and Regression testing.
• Prepares and delivers presentations, workshops, and group communications.
• Identifies opportunities for process improvement and proposes workable solutions.
• Generates monthly and quarterly reports.
• Serves as systems/process SME.
• Conducts trainings and information exchange sessions.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred and/or 4+ years of relevant experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PPT).
• Excellent phone and interpersonal skills, analytical skills, negotiation skills, oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with SAP S4/HANA. Knowledge on HANA Database
• Experience with writing simple database queries on MS SQL Server or similar database.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Experience with creating visualization, dashboards and reports using Business Intelligence using Microsoft Power BI.
