Associate Director CMC Collaboration Delivery

The Associate Director, CMC Collaboration Delivery, in partnership management, will assist in providing Sr. leadership the intellectual impetus and strategic direction to achieve Regeneron’s manufacturing goals for significant partnerships. We are looking for someone who has the intuition for business and understanding of all key areas of the drug development process: discovery, development, manufacturing and commercialization.

As an Associate Director, CMC Collaboration Delivery a typical day might include the following:

• Contributing to the alignment, development, manufacturing, and commercialization activities for IOPS (Industrial Operations and Product Supply) collaboration programs
• Advising strategic discussions pertaining to partnership, manufacturing matters and potential collaboration agreements
• May lead due diligence efforts and participate as an active member of business development deal teams as partnerships are structured, negotiated and completed
• Working with management to liaise with IOPS Management and functional area partners in support of due diligence and agreement activities
• Assisting in representing Regeneron’s interests seeking internal and external consensus to ensure department objectives are met, while maintaining a relationship with internal customers and alliance committees
• Working closely with CMC Project Management, Alliance Management, Legal and Finance groups on collaboration matters
• Leading special projects as assigned

• You have strong negotiation skills and experience sourcing, structuring, negotiating, and implementing complex licenses and collaboration agreements
• You have experience leading multiple projects with the ability to deliver high quality results in a fast paced, time sensitive environment
• You are an excellent communicator with an ability to influence both inside and outside Regeneron

To be considered for the Associate Director position you must have a BS/BA in life sciences, or related discipline. A minimum of 10 years of relevant experience, with increasing responsibility in the healthcare or biotech industry is required. Familiarity with contracts, license agreements and collaboration deal structures is needed.
