Regeneron is looking to fill a Process Sciences Associate position as part of the Downstream Process Characterization and Controls team. Regeneron has successfully commercialized numerous products. Understanding the purification process factors that control the production of a safe and effective treatment is essential. This position will be responsible for supporting the Process Sciences, Manufacturing, and CMC Regulatory Departments through activities and documentation related to implementation of process characterization and control programs for manufacturing bioprocesses.

In this fast-paced environment with a strong pipeline, Process Sciences Associates have an opportunity to work on countless aspects of the process and business.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Completing lab-scale chromatographic or filtration process characterization studies.

  • Supporting laboratory activities (buffer preparation, instrument calibration, etc.)

  • Reviewing technical documents and reports for content, formatting, and data consistency prior to document approval.

  • Coordinating with team members to acquire data and statistically analyze the data received in order to write technical reports in support of manufacturing activities and regulatory filings.

  • Presenting study findings at intra and interdepartmental meetings

  • Participating in laboratory safety/compliance evaluations.

  • Applying scientific knowledge in support of process troubleshooting and risk assessment.

  • Supporting tech transfer activities.

To be considered for this role you must hold a BS/BA in Life Sciences/engineering or related field; Biomedical/Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Biochemistry preferred and the following amount of relevant experience for each level:

  • Process Sciences Associate I – 0-2+ years

  • Process Sciences Associate II - 2+ years

  • Process Sciences Associate III - 5+ years

May consider another degree field with relevant experience. Level is settled based on qualifications relevant to the specific role.

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$55,700.00 - $121,300.00
