Biotech Production Dispensing Technician

We are currently looking to fill a Biotech Production Dispensing Technician position with a 1st shift, Thursday-Sunday, 6:00a.m.-4:30p.m. schedule. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. This role drives all tasks vital for the manufacturing dispensing operations.

As a Biotech Production Dispensing Technician, a typical day might include the following:

• Efficiently capture trends and analyze data generated to provide dispensing metrics updates to then improve dispensing operations while following cGMPs.
• Ensuring raw materials are dispensed as specified in Batch Sheets or Manufacturing Records to support manufacturing operations
• Collaborating with manufacturing process areas and manufacturing inventory groups to schedule lots of raw materials
• Reviewing, revising, and completing batch records using Logbooks, and SOPs in accordance with cGMP standards and aligned with written procedure
• following SDS Sheet safety requirements and ensuring all tasks are performed in a manner consistent with safety standards
• Detailing all training and assisting new employees
• Recording and investigating quality events within process compliance and performing in-process sampling, Quality Control Chemistry, and Quality Control Microbiology

To be considered for the Biotech Production Dispensing Technician:

Level I: AAS with emphasis on science or math and 0-2 years of experience in a cGMP dispensing environment.

Level II: AAS with emphasis on science or math and 2+ years of experience in a cGMP dispensing environment.

Level III: AAS with emphasis on science or math and 4+years of experience in a cGMP dispensing environment.

Level IV: AAS with emphasis on science or math and 6+ years of experience in a cGMP dispensing environment.

Proven experience may substitute for education requirements.

Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.
