The Immuno-Oncology team is seeking a highly skilled scientist to contribute to the discovery and validation of exciting novel therapeutic approaches aimed at harnessing the immune system to treat cancer. You will design and execute preclinical in vivo experiments as well as advanced in vitro assays.

In this role a typical day might include:

  • Independently design, plan, and perform/supervise complex anti-tumor efficacy studies in mice including dosing (IV, SC, IP) and tumor growth monitoring.

  • Dissection of tumors / organs for immune cell isolation and subsequent analysis.

  • Design advanced flow cytometry (FACS) panels and perform/supervise FACS analysis on immune cells isolated from tumors and tissues.

  • Analyze data using biological and statistical software such as Flowjo, Prism, Excel, etc.

  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams across the company.

  • Compile results across experiments and programs and present to multi-disciplinary teams, including translational teams, and senior management.

  • Document experimental procedures and results in a well-organized fashion; generate experimental reports and write manuscripts for journal submission.

  • Continuously follow the current relevant literature, attend scientific meetings and maintain expertise in the field of Immunology and Immuno-Oncology.

To be considered for this role, you must have a PhD in Immunology, Oncology, Cell Biology with 6 years post-doctoral experience or a BS/MS with 8 years of relevant experience. 2+ years of industry experience preferred in Immunology and/or Immuno-Oncology (level will be commensurate based on experience). Experience with development of novel Immunotherapeutics and in vivo testing is strongly preferred. We need someone with hands on experience and/or supervise techniques such as flow cytometry, cell culture, and mouse experimentation. Expertise in T cell biology is highly desired. Prior experience with antibody technology or development is a plus. You will get the opportunity to lead multiple projects in a fast-paced and results-driven environment.

Salary Range (annually)

$114,900.00 - $187,500.00
