[Job Summary]

- Manage CDO Sales activities for early-phase development
- Collaborate and gave input to the creation of marketing efforts to grow the business


[Key Responsibilities]

Sales Competency
- Analyze and prepare plan of execution for respective regions/functions/areas through understanding of market landscape and capabilities
- Identify key influencers of target clients and establish a relationship to bring in business opportunities
- Make connections with relevant target accounts under the guidance of corporate strategy
- Represent the company properly to clients in varying levels (executive to subject matter experts)
- Manage the sales life cycle in timely and assertive manner to drive accounts to close

Stakeholder Management
- Effectively facilitate client interactions in both virtual and face-to-face settings by fully aligning on communication expectations
- Preemptively identify and resolve any issues hindering establishing partnerships with clients
- Effectively manage internal Sales processes (RFP, Proposal, Bid Eval, Meetings, etc.)

[Preferred Qualifications]

- BS Degree Biochemistry/Chemical Eng./Bioengineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Biologics technical/manufacturing areas
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in direct interfacing with Client in Sales/Project Management

- Exceptional interpersonal capabilities and ability to interact with wide range of target audiences
- Strong ability to facilitate and drive discussions/negotiations forward
- Ability to leverage existing networks to capture opportunities
- Superb presentation skills and the ability to sense the needs/wants of the client
