We are currently looking to fill a Facilities Compliance Specialist position with a focus on Vendor Management. Regeneron successfully manufactures a range of biopharmaceuticals for patients worldwide, including our approved therapeutic proteins and those involved in clinical studies. Our Facilities Compliance Specialists ensure cGMP compliance for the Facilities Management Department.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Tracking vendors used for maintenance, calibration, and other services

  • Acting as a liaison between the Facilities Department and vendors, as well as onsite and global Quality, Sourcing, and Procurement representatives

  • Management of vendor contracts and invoicing for the Facilities Department

  • Participating in vendor scheduling related activities

  • Serving as the subject matter expert (SME) regarding the Vendor Management process within the Facilities Department and completing tasks as part of the process (e.g. submitting requests)

  • As the Facilities Vendor Management SME, providing guidance on task execution to other individuals in the department

  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and policies, as well as regulatory requirements, relating to Vendor Management and vendor execution of work

  • Administration and tracking of required training for vendors, as well as management vendor site access (e.g. registration, badge access, etc.)

  • Escorting vendors, ensuring vendor performed activities are completed within required timeframes and in accordance with established procedures

  • Crafting, documenting and reviewing internal and vendor records

  • Prepare for, support, and follow up on any required actions from Facilities Department quality and regulatory audits

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree and the following minimum amounts of relevant experience for each level:

  • Specialist - 2+ years

  • Sr Specialist – 5+ years

  • Principal Specialist – 8+ years

We highly prefer background and experience in the Pharmaceutical or Biopharmaceutical industry. May substitute relevant experience in lieu of educational requirements. Level is determined based on qualifications relevant to the role.

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$63,500.00 - $141,900.00
