Pricing Supervisor, Chargebacks

The Pricing Supervisor is responsible for managing a high degree of problem solving and analytical skill set related to various chargeback processes.  The incumbent is an experienced individual contributor and is expected to assume full accountability for areas of responsibility with only minimal supervision and technical guidance.  The incumbent must be able to act independently and demonstrate sound business judgment within the scope of defined guidelines.  This position will report to the Sr. Manager, Chargeback Operations.

 Responsibilities:

  • Function independently and provide the leadership required to negotiate change/compromise to drive the business forward to reach the intended goals.
  • The ability to interact with and support senior level management and to partner effectively and independently in a matrix organization.
  • Adapt at analyzing and summarizing data from multiple sources.
  • Extensive interpersonal skills and excellent verbal and written communication skills including a comfort level with presenting to various levels of executive management.
  • The ability to manage and coordinate multiple activities and due dates, and shifting priorities, under tight timeframes.
  • A highly motivated self-starter who can translate broad directions into high quality analytical output.
  • Open to new ideas, creative and utilizes value-added principles in approach.

Supervisory/Management Responsibilities: Yes


  • Bachelor’s Degree is required; BA/BS in Finance/Accounting or similar Business discipline is preferred. 
  • 5+ Years of progressive Contracting/Finance/Accounting of increasing responsibility.
  • Prior supervisory experience.
  • Strong Excel and PowerPoint technical and content strategy skills.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.
  • Knowledge of TM1, Model N, COGNOS, Qlikview preferred.
  • Robust attention to detail in the creation of documentation.
  • Extensive interpersonal skills to include excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong personal computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products and Model N
