Senior Analyst,  Alignment Operations

The primary objective of the Senior Analyst, Alignment Operations is to support the execution, maintenance, and improvement of the enterprise-wide alignment and assignment process. This role will play a central (CoE) role with the responsibility of being the subject matter expert (SME) and primary point of contact for internal and field teams, BTS (Business Technology Solutions), FPAT (Field Planning & Analytics), ZS and other external vendors for operational topics related to Compliance, Alignments, Assignments, Roster, Salesforce structure, Call Planning, and Veeva.

This position is responsible for the following key activities:

Responsibilities: 

• Maintenance of field alignment files, including sales force structure, hierarchy and business rules as built in Javelin
• Maintenance of personnel information (Roster) and cross-functional coordination with Regional Administrators as maintained in Javelin Roster Manager
• Creation and maintenance of input files (force-in files, PMI)
• Conduct ad hoc data pulls and analytics as needed to support key initiatives
• SME for Compliance-related activities as supported by AbbVie Best Specialty process and key compliance files (Brand to Spec Matrix and Detail to Brand Specialty Matrix)
• Understand Call Planning load and revision process (high-level) in relation to alignment/assignment process and rule application

Qualifications

• BA/BS required 

• Pharmaceutical Experience optional
• Experience in sales operations, analytics, or technology solutions preferred
• Proficient with a variety of MS Programs including, but not limited to Excel, Access, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio.  Additional experience with roster and territory management software preferred but not required.
