Summary:  The Supply Structures Analyst is responsible for executing data analytics that impact overall supply chain projects. Generates tools and content to build data functionality supporting Supply Chain processes. Supports the Supply Planning and Reporting, Supply Operations, Supply Logistics and Support teams in data maintenance, analysis and reporting supply data information.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Performs data administration and maintenance to support monthly processes.
  • Supports planners with document filing within the various departments.
  • Collects & organizes data for Supply Chain monthly metrics as well as supply dashboards; creates charts for trending comparisons.
  • Accurately produces regular metrics reports on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis that drive positive results. 
  • Assists in the administration of supply planning software; works closely with database business analysts to ensure Supply Planning’s data requirements are being met within the system.
  • Works with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and disciplined information is brought into supply planning systems.
  • Creates queries and reports to aid supply chain managers in highlighting risks.
  • Assists in maintenance of planning attributes such as Item Master and Program Master.
  • Supports supply chain process reviews and redesigns.
  • Maintains current visualization of supply chain processes.
  • Supports the standardization of supply chain data structure across IOPS.
  • Maintains legacy systems and associated databases for supply chain.
  • Provides administration and configuration for supply chain applications.
  • Supports the creation of master data records, policies and parameters for planning.
  • Develops work instructions for new systems and processes.
  • Actively seeks creative supply solutions to optimize the supply chain.
  • Presents a professional, respectful and courteous manner when interacting with co-workers, members and suppliers.
  • Promotes the achievement of corporate goals and objectives.
  • Assists in deploying IOPS Regeneron’s values and culture throughout the Supply Chain team.
  • Embraces and promotes the IOPS culture and the Regeneron Way.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

  • Associate Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 2 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Senior Analyst: Requires bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or Science background and 5 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Pharmaceutical or biotechnology experience a plus.
  • Master’s degree a plus.
  • Experience in database modeling, design, programming and implementation a plus.
  • Experience with business intelligence data visualization applications a plus.
  • Experience in business process improvement and project management a plus.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft (Access, Power Point, Office, Excel and SharePoint).
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects and changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with managers and supervisors.
  • Oracle and Access Database, SharePoint a plus.
  • Lean/Six Sigma/Continuous Improvement knowledge a plus.
  • APICS or other related purchasing certifications a plus.

Salary Range (annually)

$55,700.00 - $87,100.00
