Job Details

As an HEOR Senior Director you will formulate our strategies, plans and studies to ensure implementation supporting our hematologic cancer portfolio. Acting as a visible expert and critical member of our global asset team, you will work globally with leaders on the development and launch of products focusing on lymphoma.

A typical day may include the following:
  • Developing and driving our global HEOR strategies and tactics for hematologic cancer products.

  • Collaborating with business partners to develop and support compelling product value propositions striving to optimize patient access.

  • Identifying HEOR evidence requirements and gaps and supervising conduct of studies and development of tools to support relative value demonstration and product differentiation.

  • Co-lead conduct of regulatory-grade real world evidence studies and support development and conduct of RWD/E partnerships in oncology.

  • Driving use of RWD analyses and generation of payer insights to support clinical trial design to address market access considerations.

  • Collaborating on conduct of epidemiology and pharmacoepidemiology analyses and studies in support of development and commercial goals

  • Developing and implementing Clinical Outcomes Assessment (COA) measurement strategies and plans supporting product labeling, regulator benefit-risk assessment, patient access and product differentiation.

  • Evaluating relevant health technology assessment (HTA) decisions and apply key findings to pipeline and marketed products. Identify HTA evidence needs working with global and country market access, medical and HEOR colleagues.

  • Responsible for the development of global value dossiers, support planning/communication of post-hoc trial data analyses and deliver health economic models.

  • Identifying and maintain successful research relationships with HEOR thought leaders and manage external contracted resources.

To be considered for this you are required to have an advanced graduate degree (Ph.D., MS, MD, PharmD., B.Pharm, RN with Master’s degree) in HEOR-related field. Your experience will include 10+ years with PhD or 12+ years with MS and 5+ years in a life sciences company or healthcare consulting experience. Strong technical expertise required in HEOR studies and models with knowledge of regulatory and HTA considerations in the evaluation of patient-reported outcomes. Experience in design and implementation of patient-reported data in clinical trials, including experience in analysis and reporting of data; Experience with conduct and submission of RWE to regulators is a plus and Oncology HEOR experience is preferred. Strong publication track record in HEOR/COA area

    Salary Range (annually)

    $228,000.00 - $380,000.00
