SUMMARY/POSITION OBJECTIVE:

The Associate Director, US Dermatology New Indications HCP Marketer will be responsible for the execution of marketing initiatives, directed at healthcare providers (HCP) to support the launch of DUPIXENT in potential new dermatology indications (i.e., indications beyond atopic dermatitis) currently under development in the US.  This role reports into the Director, US Dermatology New Indications.

A Typical Day May Look Like This:

Responsibilities will focus on the execution of key promotional tactics for potential new dermatology indications for DUPIXENT in the US including.

  • Understand and address key insights to proactively identify customer needs and establish DUPIXENT as the treatment of choice in potential new indications
  • Ensure that tactics are aligned and support the overall DUPIXENT dermatology franchise strategy.
  • Ensure tactics are also aligned with the overall DUPIXENT Brand Strategies
  • Broad areas of responsibilities include:

HCP Marketing

  • Implementation of peer-to-peer, personal, and non-personal (digital, print, and 3rd party custom programs) marketing tactics/initiatives that amplify DUPIXENT’s value proposition to HCPs

Market Development:

  • Lead market development tactical execution activities, including congresses, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, consulting, and KOL mapping and engagement

Close collaboration with cross-functional partners:

  • Partner and support sales teams to provide tools and resources that help meet objectives for launch
  • Foster strong partnerships with Alliance partners, medical affairs, market research, regulatory, legal, and other functions to ensure aligned objectives and implementation across all functions
  • Manage & collaborate with a broad group of vendors and agencies, including advertising agencies, medical education, digital media to maximize efficiency and brand performance

Budgeting

  • Work cross-functionally to create, manage, and track the joint budgets to ensure that the alliance is operating within aligned budget goals and appropriate full-year phasing

Operational

  • Ensure that the marketing processes, programs, and internal reports are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, and ethical guidelines
  • Accountable for Joint Review Committee (JRC) procedures and submissions aligned to relevant promotional Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

  • Strong experience leading projects individually through all stages of development from planning to execution including working with creative agencies and medical, legal, and regulatory reviewers
  • Demonstrated problem-solving ability
  • Strong scientific acumen
  • Must be willing to travel approximately 20-25% (including weekends) to attend conferences and meetings as needed
  • Willingness to work in a hybrid environment with a minimum of 3 days on-site at Sleepy Hollow, NY (Westchester County).

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$148,100.00 - $241,700.00
