Manufacturing Assistant - Temp

We have an immediate opening on 1st SHIFT (6AM – 2PM) or 2nd SHIFT (2PM – 10PM) for an entry level labor position to assist our Manufacturing Technicians and Washroom Technicians in pharma maintenance and cleaning. Excellent opportunity for a conscientious individual to get exposure to a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. Excellent opportunity for someone looking for summer employment or the chance to begin their career in a pharmaceutical manufacturing setting.

RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Cleaning and inspecting of production storage containers

• Litter cleanup from daily use

• Set up of production storage containers for ready-to-use

QUALIFICATIONS 

· High school diploma or equivalent REQUIRED  

· Ability to read and understand documents and then apply safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals REQUIRED

· Fluent in English (verbal and written) 

This is a Manufacturing based position: 

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs REQUIRED 

Ability to use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) REQUIRED

Ability to stand for extended periods REQUIRED
