This is a key role on our Talent Brand Strategy team that will lead and develop descriptive and predictive insights about our workforce through various data sources. The goal is to provide an integrated view about our company and advise on business strategy, workforce planning, and identify programs needed to optimize recruitment and retention along the talent lifecycle. This position, in partnership with talent strategists and program leads, designs and launches solutions and insights to shape strategies on how we access, mobilize, and deploy talents, capabilities and leadership to support our aspirations as a company.  You will own the collection of new data, aggregate existing data, identify & optimize new technology platforms and systems to display and analyze our people data.

This role will impact the entire talent experience by evaluating the effectiveness, strength and impact of our external brand and our internal employee experience. You will lead efforts to leverage internal and external Human Capital insights to create a competitive advantage for our company and develop world class, diverse, global talent.

As the Director, Workforce Insights and Engagement Lead, a typical day might include the following:

  • Manage and deploy our employee engagement survey and other surveys that advance data collection needs
  • Advance the workforce planning analytics capability to support strategic workforce planning implementation
  • Provide integrated insights and critical actions needed to make changes on the insights in partnership with Talent Strategists and Planners 
  • Act as the lead for insights for the Organizational Effectiveness function, develop and deliver integrated monthly insights package to HR executives
  • Inform descriptive and predictive analytics for company focuses on Talent data, in partnership with people analytics and reporting
  • Stay connected externally to current and future trends in innovative talent analytics and insights approaches
  • Be the direct partner to the People Analytics team to support integration and best practice sharing

To be considered for this role you must possess a PhD in I/O, Data Analytics or related HR subject area. 10+ years as a Human Resources professional with strong workforce analytics background with experience in deploying and analyzing surveys, conducting descriptive and predictive analytics with a track record of delivering excellent insights and driving outcomes in a complex organization. Experience leading major projects and change programs which impact an entire organization. Experience managing analytical internal and external resources. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to organize and present information concisely to a variety of audiences

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$172,500.00 - $287,500.00
