Job Details
We are currently looking to fill a Project Specialist role in the Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) organization in Troy, NY. This position supports various initiatives and projects that are new or ongoing at Regeneron sites, both the US and Ireland. The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional projects as both a facilitator and organizer, using knowledge within the pharmaceutical industry and project management techniques. As an IOPS Project Specialist, you will plan, coordinate, and lead the business on various assignments throughout the IOPS organization.
As an IOPS Project Specialist, a typical day might include the following:
- Function as a leader between functional areas to facilitate the advancement of initiatives
- Understand and remove operational constraints which prevent advancement of efforts/projects
- Demonstrate the ability to manage others across the business through influence rather than direct authority
- Assess process issues and develop solutions to meet productivity and quality milestones and objectives
- Translate ambiguity into actionable steps
- Ensure effective, accurate and timely communication between global functional areas
- Utilize effective and out of the box problem solving, develop solutions, and implement the fixes
- Connect the functional areas of IOPS to lead the progression of projects by collaboratively finding solutions
- Define and document working/best practices that can be used across the business with all relevant departments in order to ensure that project objectives are met

To be considered for this position, you must have a BS/BA in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Level and salary will be determined based on qualifications relevant to the role. PMP certification a plus.
- Associate Project Specialist: Requires BS/BA and 0-2 years of experience
- Project Specialist: Requires BS/BA and 2+ years of experience
- Senior Project Specialist: Requires BS/BA and 5+ years of experience
Salary Range (annually)
$63,500.00 - $103,700.00Company
