Job Details
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for development and implementation of marketing strategy and plans to achieve revenue, sales and profit targets
• Provides leadership, direction and strategic guidance to the entire marketing team, coordinating with global Commercial Development and Therapeutic Area teams (TA)
• May be responsible for managed care strategy and managed markets across the CSL portfolio
• Develops and monitors objectives and performance standards for each therapeutic area
• Coordinates with Sales leadership to ensure integration between sales and marketing programs
Qualifications:
• Bachelors' degree in business/marketing, life sciences or healthcare discipline; MBA or other graduate degree preferred
• 15 years' pharmaceutical/ biotech sales and marketing experience
• Record of accomplishment across several commercial functions
• Significant experience in launching new and growing established products
• Demonstrated success in developing and implementing strategic marketing plans
• Experience leading and managing teams in a global organization
