Regeneron is currently looking for a Process Sciences Associate to support our Integrated Manufacturing Support team. This is a scientific role with people who are passionate about problem solving and perform scientific and technical investigations. This role supports biopharmaceutical production activities across the Industrial Operations and Product Supply (IOPS) Rensselaer site and the associated Contract Manufacturing Organization (CMO) sites.
In this role, a typical day might include the following:
Participate in or lead collaborative multi-disciplinary team meetings
Assist in troubleshooting activities
Author test plans, technical documents, and investigation reports
Apply statistical process control tools to investigations and test plans
Drive to continuously improve and lead with science

Solid understanding of Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and statistical programs (JMP)
To be considered for this role you must hold a BS/BA degree in Life Sciences, Engineering or related field and the following amount of relevant experience for each level:
Process Sciences Associate I – 0-2+ years
Process Sciences Associate II - 2+ years
Process Sciences Associate III - 5+ years
May consider another degree field with relevant experience. Level and compensation are determined based on qualifications relevant to the specific role.
