To support our growth, we are hiring for a Talent Advisor (Senior Life Science Recruiter) for our future site in Holly Springs, NC.  As a Talent Advisor you will play a vital role in shaping the organization, while providing an excellent experience for each FUJIFILM candidate. The successful candidate will be a part of our People and Culture team, providing leadership and guidance to hiring managers throughout the employee lifecycle.

Our recruiting environment is a corporate office setting with high emphasis on communication and interaction with diverse professional staff.  The successful Talent Advisor must be able to work autonomously in in a fast paced environment.  They must have effective time management and cross-regional teamwork skills spanning across multiple time zones.  They must have prior experience working in the life science business recruiting for both exempt and non-exempt roles.

Responsibilities:



  • Research, identify and submit qualified candidates to all assigned job openings and manage recruiting needs
    including but not limited to resume searches and reviews, partnering with hiring managers to determine needs,
    preparing offer letters/approvals, setting up interviews, and any additional recruiting needs

  • Post and update job descriptions on approved Job Boards, with professional organizations, and in other position
    appropriate venues

  • Represent company at job fairs, conferences and other recruiting events

  • Conduct pre-screening interviews and document the potential candidates specific preferences and qualifications

  • Utilize creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies to attract and cultivate diverse talent pipelines

  • Drive exceptional candidate experience through every touch point in the recruiting process and ultimately closing
    top candidates

  • Oversee the coordination of interviews, establish and maintain rapport with candidates, Hiring Managers and Human Resource Managers

  • Manage candidate activity within the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS)


Requirements:



  • College Degree (Bachelor's Degree preferred)

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience (agency or corporate)

  • Minimum 2 years' corporate recruiting experience is required; experience recruiting in the life science industry is strongly preferred

  • Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

  • Technologically savvy, with an excellent proficiency in Windows based technologies
    Microsoft Technologies

  • Proficient in working with applicant tracking systems and demonstrated ability in
    database management, record keeping, and prior experience working with iCIMS is a
    plus

  • Possess excellent follow up and customer service skills

  • Strong interviewing and negotiation skills

  • Consultative approach and ability to coach others on recruiting & hiring best practices

  • Prior experience working in a fast-paced, high volume recruiting environment

  • Ability to discuss and maintain highly confidential information prevalent in human
    resources work

  • Data-driven professional who displays a clear attention to detail

  • Ability to work from the office minimum of 3 days per week (hybrid office/remote based role)
