This highly dynamic role is responsible for performing multiple activities in support of Modernas cGMP Quality Control (QC) Laboratories maintaining a valid QC site execution schedule, at a daily and shift level, for all resources to ensure on-time, in-full delivery of results and support lots releases at Modernas Norwood site. This role will be dedicated to the progression of Modernas clinical personalized mRNA cancer vaccine. The scheduler is expected to maintain and communicate testing metrics from the QC group, highlight constraints to functional management and mitigate scheduling conflicts across peer teams. The incumbent of this role will work in close cooperation with multiple stakeholders to ensure that the testing and reporting schedule is set against company priorities.
Heres What Youll Do:
Work directly with the project management, supply chain, QA and manufacturing teams to capture all required commercial and clinical lot testing needs for the site.
Develop the laboratory testing schedule to meet demand and communicate capacity constraints.
Create and maintain detailed plan to support the testing needs of the stability and QC groups.
Lead meetings with QC laboratory sub-teams to align and facilitate discussions on priorities, quality events and overall deliverables.
Communicate KPIs and metrics that track the effectiveness of planning and testing execution.
Serve as a point of contact for information requests on status into the QC team and respond, or route accordingly.
Heres What Youll Bring to the Table:
A bachelors degree in science, technology, project management, or another relevant academic discipline.
A minimum 7-9 years of experience planning in QC Laboratories planning inside a Supply Chain or QA organizations.
Working understanding of cGMP and manufacturing operations and practices
Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively on cross-functional teams
Ability to manage complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively collaborate in a dynamic, cross-functional matrix environment.
