The Associate Director, Learning Center of Excellence for Research and Preclinical Development (R&pD), Biostatistics and Data Management (BDM) and Precision Medicine (PM) is responsible for completing the design and delivery of training to R&pD, BDM and Precision Medicine associates. This role will collaborate with the R&pD team, BDM team, Precision Medicine team, Process and Procedures, SMEs and Learning Center of Excellence to implement initiatives in line with the strategic objectives. The Training Business Partner is directly responsible for carrying out training that drives quality and compliance and ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction within R&PD, BDM AND PRECISION MEDICINE.

A typical day includes:

  • Understanding the business and associated roles within R&PD, BDM AND PRECISION MEDICINE and identify key targeted learning and development needs.
  • Partnering with internal groups and align learning and development tactical plans and strategy.
  • Serving as primary point of contact for all R&PD, BDM AND PRECISION MEDICINE training related initiatives
  • Performing needs assessment and facilitate development of an ongoing plan with a focus on continuous improvement measured through participant feedback, assessment, monitoring of performance and other important metrics
  • Partnering with R&PD, BDM AND PRECISION MEDICINE to provide a broad range of training solutions to cover role specific onboarding, continuous learning and project specific initiatives.
  • Ensuring that all training is designed and completed consistent with SOPs.
  • Implementation and on time delivery of learning solutions

This job may be for you if you have a Bachelor's degree and 10 years' experience and:

  • Minimum of 5 years in a training capacity
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in GCP training
  • Background in Consulting preferred
  • Ideally 3+ years Clinical, Pharmaceutical or Medical Device experience with deep understanding of Research and Development; or 5+ Years working in a customer facing role, ideally with an agency providing services into the Pharma/ Medical Device industry.
  • Experience in shaping and handling multiple projects at the same time

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$145,200.00 - $237,000.00
