The Supply Chain department is hiring! The Manager, Master Data (Supply Structures) position leads the Master Data Management team, which builds and curates master data from the business. This position identifies and drives various Supply Chain initiatives, delivering significant impact to overall operations within Regeneron Manufacturing (IOPS). They will work closely with a variety of functional departments across IOPS to understand, improve and standardize business processes ensuring effective and scalable supply chain planning and operations. They ensure systems are leveraged to fully meet supply chain business objectives and leads system implementation and improvement projects.

 

As a Manager, a typical day might include the following:

  • Leads a team responsible for data creation and maintenance in enterprise and non-enterprise planning systems; provides mentoring to direct reports, including employee development plans, and champions a balanced work environment where employees feel valued and respected; is responsible for the defining and generating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure team’s performance.
  • Implement outstanding data management strategies with key focus on process and technology; mentors and coaches others on data management integrity best practices.
  • Ensures GxP compliance across the team, creates and maintains standard operating procedures; supervises qualification status of team members, upholds principles of ALCOA+
  • Serves as an SME for supply chain data during inspections and in data standards for maintaining regulatory compliance.
  • Finds opportunities and leads efforts to improve business processes through continuous improvement and business process re-engineering; supports collection of business requirements and assesses, develops, and recommends solutions.
  • Reviews and approves changes to GxP processes for maintaining high quality product data; leads drafting, review, and approval of project documents.
  • Leads projects to increase visibility of key product information.
  • Supports the standardization of supply chain data sources structure across and the creation of master data records, policies, and parameters for planning and supply chain business operations by providing outstanding process for data management extracts, reports and analyses.
  • Assists the team with unit testing, integrated or block testing, end-to-end testing, system validation and change control.
  • Embraces and promotes the IOPS culture and the Regeneron Way.

This role may be for you if:

  • Ability to lead multiple, complex projects and changing priorities, work extended hours when required, make sound decisions under pressure and work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Oracle OPM.
  • Ability to motivate and lead a team and supervise and coach staff.
  • Experience with interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and disciplinary actions.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate details clearly and effectively.
  • Attention to detail, fact-based, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure.
  • Business Analysis, Project Management and Continuous Improvement/Lean/Six Sigma experience a plus.

To be considered for this role you must hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems or a scientific subject area and

  • Associate Manager: 6 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Manager: 7 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Senior Manager: 8 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • GMP regulated experience a plus.
  • Master Data Management within an OPM environment.
  • APICS or other related Supply Chain certifications a plus.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification a plus.

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$85,800.00 - $180,500.00
