Talent Acquisition Operations LeadLiveWhat you will do
Lets do this! Lets change the world. In this vital role you will be responsible for leading and standardizing our global recruiting operations and associated processes. This is a strategic role focused on ensuring we provide consistent end to end recruitment operations for our [internal and external] candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Lead TA operations globally across all channels to help ensure an engaging experience to our stakeholders through project management efforts, process improvement exercises, and swift problem resolution
Responsible for supplier, contract management and compliance
Responsible for a globally consistent end-to-end process for clearance to hire, including the US and PR I9 process
Develop and design end to end process for global referral program to guarantee adherence
Develop and design end to end processes for job postings which adhere to local laws, globally
Responsible for auditing job postings in the U.S. adhering to new pay transparency laws
Develop and design end to end processes to guarantee adherence with global, regional, and local HR data privacy laws and disclosures
Leads talent insight delivery to local recruitment teams, globally (i.e., using internal voice of customers and external data)

Basic Qualifications:
Doctorate degreeOR
Masters degree and 2 years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience
OrBachelors degree and 4 years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience
OrAssociates degree and 10 years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience
OrHigh school diploma / GED and 12 years of Talent Acquisition Operations experience
Preferred Qualifications:
The Lead will be responsible for creating and auditing end to end recruitment operational processes to ensure an efficiency and compliance
Experience with driving cross-functional projects, owning all planning, execution, and communication and change adoption across TA and other internal stakeholders (e.g., Legal & Compliance, HRBP, C&B, TD).
Proven track record of being innovative and capable of leading recruitment process training
Strong project management and execution skills to ensure successful implementation.
