We are looking for Project Analyst, Office of the CIO, who will work closely with IT leadership and portfolio team members in support of the successful management and delivery of key projects. Using project portfolio management systems, you will assist project and portfolio leaders with governance activities, data analysis and reporting work. You will help ensure that projects are being conducted in a compliant and fiscally responsible manner. Your analysis will help spotlight accomplishment as well as risks and issues where leadership can engage on corrective action. Your work will prepare the team for important updates with global project management office leaders. Your involvement in project meetings will help keep the team on point with action items and resolutions. Your partnership with key internal partners will help streamline business activities across the team. You will work directly with the Sr. Director, Portfolio Management and the CIO on project priorities and act as an impetus for IT PMO excellence.

In this role, a typical day might include the following:

  • Monitor and assess IT project health
  • Analyze budgets, financial forecasts, monthly accruals, and provide financial reporting.
  • Attend monthly/quarterly business reviews.
  • Engage with strategic sourcing team for pipeline updates
  • Seek out and stay close to key issues of the day with portfolio team.
  • Attend meetings with portfolio leadership and assist with minutes and action items
  • Measure and provides reports on IT Business Management progress to procurement, vendor management, project managers, and/or operations​teams as necessary
  • support growth cross-department IT relationships (Engineering, InfoSec, QA, etc.)
  • Champion Regeneron PMO best practices, processes, and execution methodologies (waterfall, agile, and others).
  • lead by example on processes and procedures.
  • Discuss and solve issues, questions, and improvements.

To be considered for the Project Analyst, Office of the CIO, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least 2-5 years of experience in IT project management, or commensurate experience; have familiarity with and be willing to learn Project Management Office, Project, Program and Portfolio processes, SDLC processes (waterfall and agile) and governance practices. Experience in pharmaceutical industry, specifically IT industry preferred. Experience with PPM tools such as: Microsoft Project, Jira, Confluence, Changepoint, Planview, ServiceNow PPM or Smartsheet is a plus. Must be proficient with MS Excel (Pivot tables, charts, formulas) and PowerPoint.

The salary ranges provided are shown in accordance with U.S. law and apply to U.S. based positions, where the hired candidate will be located in the U.S. If you are outside the U.S, please speak with your recruiter about salaries and benefits in your location.

Salary Range (annually)

$67,600.00 - $110,200.00
