Requires both independence and team skills to collaborate effectively within a cross-functional, high-performance team. Excellent opportunity for a self driven biologist or bioprocess engineer eager to contribute technical and problem-solving scientific skills within a fast-paced, continually evolving busy cell therapy startup.

The company welcomes a new wave of manufacturing specialists who will bring cell therapy or biologics manufacturing experience to contribute current skills and build new skills to help meet the evolving manufacturing needs created by this startup's successfully evolving projects.  In addition to cell therapy or biologics manufacturing experience, this key position requires exceptional cross-functional communication skills, GMP-compliance knowledge, and the willingness to be a hands-on contributor. It's a roll-up-your sleeves position ideal for a biologist who believes in the high potential of cell therapy technology and who appreciates the kind of supportive team-focused environment that this biotech provides. THE COMPANY is a cutting-edge Bay Area-based startup that develops cell therapies for diverse oncology-indications. The company greatly values the contributions of its staff and is committed to promoting an open and collaborative work environment. (More than one staff member has volunteered that this is the best place they’ve ever worked.) In addition to its collaborative work culture and good benefits, the company offers stock participation.
