This role will partner with the Snr. Director, Talent Experience and Workforce Planning to create one global onboarding process and manage global design and delivery of the onboarding experience from offer accept to day 90. The desired outcome? Engagement of our new hires’ hearts and minds and increased speed to productivity. Additionally, this role will ensure managers are oriented in the Regeneron Way of managing. This role is a mix of strategy and execution, process design and project management and will manage a team of consultants and full-time employees to produce tangible results.

Be the face of onboarding to executives and all employees
Build the change case for managers and executives to engage in onboarding
Globalize process, strategy, and content
Work through a matrix to execute globalized content and align business unit stakeholders
Create a global framework that drives a consistent experience
Define tactics and execute Onboarding Experience from offer accept to day 90 globally
Align the experience at both the individual and organizational levels
Create a content strategy to achieve onboarding objectives
Manage a team of full time employees and consultants to implement and optimize service center, technology, metrics, and facilitation
Manage HR engagement within the program
Critical Responsibilities include:
- Defines and obtains senior leadership buy-in for a long-term Onboarding strategy aligned to overall Regeneron goals and vision
- Oversees and agilely allocates onboarding resources and sets short- and long-term priorities for Onboarding
Defines a philosophy and strategy for all Onboarding programs and initiatives, such as key experiences, localization to business lines, global approach, change management, and leader engagement
Is a trusted advisor for senior executives of the company; guidance is relied upon to assess possible challenges/opportunities and evaluate people strategies
Oversees the development of Regeneron’s Onboarding Center of Excellence

$203,600.00 - $339,300.00
