Grad Intern ML Model Development for Protein-Protein InteractionsLive
This could be your everyday
Lets do this. Lets change the world. During this program, you will develop machine learning-based tools for efficient sampling and ranking of poses for protein-protein complexes. These tools will play an important role in guiding the design of new molecules for targeted protein degradation and will be developed with mentorship from computational/medicinal chemists, data scientists, and machine learning engineers. The primary responsibilities of this role include:
Understand and contribute to an existing python package to predict and rank protein-protein interactions
Compare the performance of machine learning models with physics-based approaches for protein docking
Develop techniques to incorporate protein flexibility into pose prediction
Improve sampling efficiency using the attention mechanism or other techniques
Hold regular result sharing presentations and discussion with members of the team
Heres what it takes to Win
