During studies, LHRI has discovered Interleukin-27 (IL-27) as an anti-viral protein, Ku70: a DNA repair protein, as a Type-III Interferon inducing cytosolic DNA receptor, and novel IL-27-inducing anti-viral micro RNAs (miRNAs). LHRI carried over the Database for Annotation, Visualization and Integrated Discovery (DAVID) (https://david.ncifcrf.gov/) from LIB and has maintained/ improved it to support users.
