Summary

Ansun Biopharma, Inc. is a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company developing drugs for unmet medical needs. Our lead program is DAS181 for treatment of select respiratory viruses, for which we have FDA Breakthrough Therapy designation for treatment of parainfluenza in immunocompromised patients. The individual will be primarily responsible for conducting development studies under the direction of their supervisor to support product development, including but not limited to analytical development, execute stability studies, support internal development and/or investigation activities.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for conducting internal development studies, execute studies per study protocols, maintain study protocols, write technical reports and present findings to internal groups.
  • Analyze experimental data with appropriate statistical tools and report scientific results.
  • Support method transfer activities to and/or from CRO/CMOs as needed.
  • Maintaining laboratory operations and equipment
  • Create and review technical reports and documents in support of product development and in preparation for regulatory submissions.

Qualifications. Education/ Experiences/ Skills:

  • BA/BS. in Analytical Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biological Sciences, or equivalent, with 3+ years relevant industry experience
  • Experience with chemical/biochemical and biological testing, and analytical methods such as:  HPLC, spectrophotometric assays, electrophoretic methods, enzymatic assays, immunochemical methods, prior experience in analytical testing for inhalation product is a plus.
  • Learning agility, critical thinking, and drive to bring innovation and efficiency to meet company objectives.
  • Knowledge of cGxP regulations and ICH guidance.
  • Ability to independently analyze and present data to scientific team 
  • Excellent record keeping, attention to detail and communication skills
  • Work effectively with others in a team laboratory and office environment.
