QC Analyst I

Specifically, we are seeking a dynamic individual to perform required sampling (environmental, water, compress air and nitrogen) in accordance with CSL/Compendial methods and properly documents in appropriate records and LIMS systems.

Reports to: Group Lead or Team Lead

Responsibilities:

Position is in the QC Sample Management Group – QC Sampling Team

• Maintains accurate, complete, legible and concurrent records of work performed and enters results in the LIMS system.

• Follows schedules and meets deadlines.

• Communicates aberrant results to laboratory supervision immediately.

• Demonstrates a working knowledge of the LIMS computer system.  Enters data and results into the system.

• Gains an awareness of cGMP and maintains compliance with these regulations.

• Follows company and departmental policies.

• Completes other duties as assigned by Laboratory Management.

• Maintains clean and safe working area and equipment.

Education: 

• BS/BA related science (Microbiology, Biology, Chemistry)

Qualifications:

• 0-2 years of experience working in a cGMP regulated environment as in the field of quality, manufacturing or engineering is desirable
