Job Overview:  

We’re looking for a Project Coordinator with excellent communication and organizational skills to join our rapidly growing Project Management Office. This position will report to a Project Manager. The role will focus on specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects. The ideal candidate will organize and communicate all the details of projects and specific assignments to internal stakeholders and serve as a liaison between those teams and the project managers.  

Essential Duties & Responsibilities: 

  • Monitor the daily progress of projects and update project plans 
  • Provide detailed updates to project managers and internal stakeholders 
  • Organize reports, templates, project notes and prioritize action items assigned to owners and project team 
  • Assist with setting and maintaining priorities/timelines for project completion, taking meeting minutes, and logging action items/decisions 
  • Interface and communicate with multiple cross-functional departments to ensure timely and accurate execution of projects 
  • Keep Project Managers informed of any blocking issues that will have an impact on the project status 
  • Intra-departmental coordination of projects and logistic support to ensure that goals and objectives are accomplished  
  • Ensure team members have the supplies and resources they need to complete their assigned tasks on time 
  • Assist with presentations as needed 

Qualifications: 

  • Associates degree in business, operations or technical discipline or equivalent professional experience  
  • 0-2 years of experience supporting, leading or coordinating project activities 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, SharePoint) 
  • Excellent organization and time management skills 
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate others and influence without authority  
  • Ability to identify and solve complex problems and efficiently communicate them with the project team 
  • CAPM certification is a plus 
  • In our commitment to the safety of our employees and customers, a COVID vaccination is required 
  • Ability to work onsite at Forge's headquarters (Grove City, Ohio) 3 days/week on average
