What you will do

Lets do this. Lets change the world. In this vital role you will:

• Develop the Medical Information Portal product technology roadmap and solution design and recommend solutions that align with the business needs and technology strategy

• The role is related to a product that includes Salesforce-based web portals and Conversational AI, mobile applications, reporting & analytics, integrations.

• Lead a delivery team, including software developers and analysts; some roles will be provided by a third party

• Be the technology subject matter expert to the business stakeholders

• Ensure technical platform compliance in line with global requirement

Day-to-day activities

• Partner with the Product Owner and technology teams to design a robust and durable solution, and plan for increments to mature the product

• Co-create and maintain a backlog of prioritized requirements for functional and technical aspects of the product

• Prepare and present the product increments during the demos

• Guide the delivery team, which includes technology advisory and people management

Basic Qualifications:

Doctorate degree

OR

Masters degree and 3 years of experience

Or

Bachelors degree and 5 years of experience

Or

Associates degree and 10 years of experience

Or

High school diploma / GED and 12 years of experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Extensive hands-on technical and solution implementation experience with variety of technologies, such as Salesforce Lightning Platform, Sitecore CMS, Google Dialog Flow, ForgeRock Identity Management, Google Analytics, Mulesoft and Tableau, demonstrating positions of increasing responsibility and management/mentoring of more junior technical resources

• Proven experience and ability to develop custom configured applications, integrations, and reporting solutions

• Demonstrable knowledge of the capabilities and features of Salesforce, Sitecore or similar SaaS applications

• Proven ability to analyze, design, and optimize business processes via technology and integration, including leadership in guiding customers and colleagues in rationalizing and deploying emerging technology for business use cases

• A thorough understanding of web services, data modeling, and enterprise application integration concepts, including experience with enterprise integration tools (ESBs and/or ETL tools), and common integration design patterns with enterprise systems (e.g. CMS, ERP, HRIS, DWH/DM)

• First hands on experience building and integrating Conversational AI in a regulated environment

• Demonstrably excellent, context-specific and adaptive communication and presentation skills across a variety of audiences and situations; established habit of proactive thinking and behavior and the desire and ability to self-start/learn and apply new technologies

• Ability to work in a changing environment, under pressure, handling multiple priorities simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills to work across and up through the organization, including escalation and mitigation of issues, risks, and business impacts

• Experience and certified in technologies such as AWS, Salesforce, and other enterprise grade applications

• Solid project management and business analyst skills and experience

• Experience with SAFe Agile methodology in an enterprise setting

• Experience with DevOps
