As an Enterprise Technical Architect, Digital Operations you will be responsible for overseeing, building, enhancing, and upgrading enterprise services in software and hardware, within all business areas and technical systems of the enterprise. You should have expert level familiarity with enterprise architecture principles and have the strongest communication within our technical community. As an enterprise architect for all technical operations within the enterprise, you will build and maintain architecture frameworks and plans in functional and technical areas.

You are also an accountable party for meeting the objectives for the system relative to GxP, ITGC, SOX, or other relevant compliance requirements. This role will also include supporting D365 initial implementation, and managed service operation transition.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the owner of all enterprise architecture models, value stream, portfolio, proposals and long-term efficiencies.

  • Act as a lead member in project prioritization, PI planning, backlog grooming and sprint delivery.

  • Building business architecture models to reflect organization strategies and goals towards Digital acceptable roadmaps.

  • Evaluating internal functions, csv deliverables, and IT processes for improvements.

  • Serve as the lead architect in all enterprise solutions, within and across the Digital organization. .

  • Organizing and delivering on training to Digital and select business resources to improve on organization growth.

  • Creating methods for data governance, master data management, system configuration management, change control and operating procedures.

  • Partner with strategic business process owners in areas of finance, supply chain, manufacturing, quality, human resources, commercial, and legal during organization growth stages to capture business process organization model.

  • Participate in all design, build, test and validation sessions for all project cycles.

  • Support maintenance of business process documentation of key areas.

  • Act as the Digital liaison with ERP, Biomanufacturing, CSV, infrastructure operations, security operations.

  • Build data architecture model to reflect systems and its integrations and support teams with documentation.

  • Build infrastructure model to reflect cloud architecture, including network and security.

  • Provide expert level guidance and improved practice in Azure Devops and Jira.

  • Collaborate with 3rd party system integrators (SIs) hired to help implementations.

  • Prepare As-Is, To-Be, SWOT, cost benefit and additional schedules to advance project charters.

Qualifications

  • Meets Resilience phenotype requirements for this role.

  • Presentation requirement during interview stages.

  • Industry experience of 10 years or more within an enterprise level role.

  • Experience in a technical role driving enterprise strategies on ERP, QMS, AWS/Azure/Google platforms.

  • Experience in a functional role building and launching an ERP, with at least one cradle to grave implementation

  • Experience with managing support incidents in Service Now or similar application.

  • Excellent digital stewardship – across customers, partners, and roadmaps – seeing around corners for your business partners and the company.

  • High degree of comfort working with management and managing expectations in a fast paced, dynamic environment that comes with being part of a new product team.

  • Strong background in enterprise architecture: TOGAF, Zachman, Federal, building use cases, inventory management, etc.

  • Professional oral and written communication, presenting to senior level audiences containing one or more decision maker (s).

Preferred Experience

  • Past experiences as a Senior Enterprise Architect or Technical Manager; operational knowledge from working in a biopharmaceutical manufacturing ERP environment.

  • Certifications in AWS, IBM, TOGAF, Salesforce, etc.

  • Experience in leading one organization change management or recent digital transformation.
